Group nomination form »

A change in a practical group may only take place if there is a direct swap between two students.  Both students must complete this form.  When completed print off the form and sign it (both students).  The form must then be handed directly to Christos Tjortjis, MSS/K15.

Changes can only be made to groups during week 1 and 2.
