General Arrangements

A computer-based projector will be available for making a presentation.  The computer will only be able to run Microsoft Office.  You are advised to prepare your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint.  Keep the presentation relatively simple and do not use complex graphics.  Your presentation should be stored on a diskette.

Please note the following important points.

1. All group members must attend the presentation.  If there is any good reason why a member cannot attend, they must notify their tutor and the project organiser immediately.
2. You must be outside the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the start of the presentation.
3. Presentations will start on schedule.  NO EXTENSION to time can be given.
